We always use a 24-hour service which has a great track record but there can be delays out of our control. Our Postage and Packaging is tried and tested to withstand 48 hours in transit. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds for anything delivered within 48hours. Anything outside of this time frame will be reviewed case by case. With the nature of our products being frozen, we dispatch from Tuesday to Thursday avoiding weekends.
